I needed flashing installed on two chimneys. When I first rang, Rob asked sensible questions and looked a few things up before going round the next day and taking a closer look. He emailed with a quote immediately afterwards, helpfully itemised. I struggled to get further quotes, and in the meantime he got back in touch to say he had a spare day coming up – which suited me very well. He and his colleague were slightly later than planned on the day, but rather than rushing to finish the second chimney in the fading light, he came back the next day to complete the work, which was no problem at all. He was also a very nice bloke – I asked him to take a look at the condition of the roof and he said it was in good condition, and answered some questions I had. I would definitely recommend him.
